Application Instructions

All vinyl letter orders come pre-spaced and ready to apply with transfer tape

1. Vinyl lettering should be applied to solid non porous surfaces such as steel, glass, most wood surfaces, aluminum and plastic. Surfaces that are not good substrates for vinyl lettering are cinder block, face brick, porous aluminum, stucco surfaces, rough or uneven surfaces and surfaces where dirt, oil or grease is not removable.
   
    
2. All surfaces where vinyl lettering is to be applied should be free of all dirt, grease and loose debris. Most surface can be cleaned with common industrial or household cleaners.

   Remove the backing that comes adhered to the vinyl lettering. The backing should be separated from the vinyl letters slowly so that all the letters remain fastened to the transfer tape.

   Align the lettering with the exact area you wish to apply the letters. It helps to make reference marks with an erasable type pen or pencil. Then press vinyl lettering down in place using your reference marks as a guide. Know use the application tool tool to firmly press the letters into place.

   Finally, slowly remove the transfer tape from the lettering observing that the letters stay adhered to the desired surface as you remove the tape. If some of your vinyl begins to stick to the transfer tape rather then the desired surface simply press the transfer tape back down and rub over that area again. repeat this step until the vinyl adheres to the surface.
